Delete Your Account

Request the removal of your NNP account and all associated personal data.

How to delete your account

If you have an NNP mobile app account and would like it permanently deleted along with all associated data, you can do so in two ways:

Option 1: Delete from the app

Open the NNP mobile app, tap the menu, and select Delete Account. After confirming, your account and data will be permanently removed.

Option 2: Email us

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion directly, send an email to info@nnpnow.gd with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and remove it.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, constituency)
  • Push notification tokens and device information
  • Notification history stored in your account
  • Account metadata (login history, timestamps)

Local data stored on your device (such as the offline notification database) is removed when you uninstall the app.

Processing timeline

In-app deletions are processed immediately. Email requests are handled within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
